1. Who we are
ASÖKA is operated by ALLURING LUCK LDA, a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 519234200), with its registered office at Rua Monte de São Caetano 668, Armazém 2, 4405-817 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. This statement explains what personal data we collect through asokaplantbased.com, why, and what rights you have over it.
2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business email, company name, business type, country, and the message you send us.
When you browse the site, and only with your consent, Google Analytics collects pseudonymous data about your visit, such as pages viewed and general location. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Like any website, our hosting provider may also process technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs needed to operate and secure the site.
3. Why we use it
We use the information from the contact form to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate and pursue a potential wholesale or foodservice partnership with your business. We use analytics data, where consented, to understand how our site is used and to improve it for future visitors.
Providing your details through the contact form is voluntary, but without them we cannot respond to your enquiry. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process contact form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a partnership develops, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process analytics data only on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time. Technical server data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with Google, which provides our analytics service and acts as our data processor. For more information, see the Google Privacy & Terms for Business. We also use third-party providers for website hosting and email delivery, who process data solely on our behalf.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers to Google LLC take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates. Other transfers, where they occur, are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognized safeguard.
7. How long we keep your data
We retain the information submitted through our contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and pursue any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than two years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Your cookie consent choices are stored on your device for 365 days.
8. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request that it be transferred to you or another party in a structured format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, using the "Manage consent" button at the bottom of every page, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Protection Officer
